The first Cancer Medical Conference will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the "Giorgos Seferi" Cultural Center, in Seferi Square (Central Square of Ayia Napa) at 09:00.
At the Conference, which is organized by the "Aroma Ayia Napa" Association - Friends of Sculpture Park, leading scientific doctors from Cyprus and abroad will attend and speak.
Among others, the Citizen's Commissioner, Mr. Panagiotis Palates, on behalf of the Presidency, and the Mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannettou, will also address a greeting.
The Conference is under the auspices of the SA of the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Nikos Christodoulidis, and is dedicated to the memory of the founder and Honorary President of the Association "Aroma Agia Napa" - Friends of the Sculpture Park, the late Kikis Constantinou.
In his statements, the Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettou said that it is a great honor for the Municipality of Ayia Napa to organize the first Medical Conference on Cancer and he thanked the "Aroma of Ayia Napa" Association - Friends of Sculpture Park and especially the President Mr. Christakis Pitta for the decision to take place in Ayia Napa.
The organization of such an important Conference, he added, "demonstrates in the most practical way that the Municipality of Ayia Napa is not only a pioneer in the organization of cultural events but can organize and host large events and important conferences".
