The experiential workshops for the month of January continue, within the framework of the Ayia Napa Municipality Open School's program "Open Lifelong Learning", with the organization of a two-day information workshop on the topic of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), with or without hyperactivity.
Particular emphasis is placed on the symptomatology, diagnosis and assessment, as well as the management of ADHD by parents and teachers. At the same time, the available pan-Cypriot support programs for children, adolescents and adults from the Cyprus ADHD Association will be presented, aiming to empower both themselves and their families.
In the Municipal District of Achna, the first part of the workshop will take place on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 and the second part on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at the Achna Forest Primary School "Fotis Pittas".
In the Ayia Napa Municipal District, the first part will take place on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 and the second part on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the "George Seferis" Cultural Center.
Start time: 18:30.
The workshop presenters are Stefani Kakopetriti, Michaela Sioga and Andria Christou, clinical psychologists in training, as well as Marina Georgiou, President of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus ADHD Association and Member of the Board of Directors of ADHD Europe.
The workshop is aimed at parents, teachers and anyone interested who wishes to be informed and gain practical knowledge about ADHD.
