The Municipality of Ayia Napa, in collaboration with the European PERFORM program and within the framework of Corporate Social Responsibility, is organizing an information day on the topic "How we integrate people on the autism spectrum into our business".
The conference will take place on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 14:00 PM at the "George Seferis" Cultural Center in Ayia Napa Square.
The action is part of the European Awareness Program for the Integration of People with Neurodiversity, which aims to support the development and retention of workers with autism in the hospitality industry.
The workshop will inform participants about how people with Neurodiversity excel when they receive the appropriate support to create a proper and supportive work environment, as well as about the available tools, integration practices and government benefits that facilitate the integration of these individuals into the labor market.
This initiative is an important step towards creating more inclusive businesses that embrace diversity and promote equal employment opportunities.
