A flauna consists of a special grated cheese (usually a mixture of halloumi, mizithra, gruyere and kefalotyri), yeast, eggs, raisins and various spices such as melepi, mastic and mint, smeared with sesame and egg and then baked in the oven.
But in reality the flauna wants art and the, experts are ready to teach it!
Hatzigiorki Mills participate in the Experiential Laboratories of Handicrafts and Wine Gastronomy, which are subsidized by the Ministry of Tourism with a number of topics, from the cultural wealth of our place.
The beginning will be with the flaun making workshop, by chef George Tziortzis, on April 10.
The workshops will be held twice a day.
