The Cyprus Youth Organization, in collaboration with the educational center "Emphasys Centre" and the organization "The Secret Key - Cyprus Sign Language", are co-organizing a special event on Saturday, December 13, at 18:30, at the Famagusta Youth Center (Sotiras Social Welfare Center), with a screening of a film that tells the story of a person who is the only hearing member of a deaf family. A CODA person.
The event aims to bring hearing and deaf people together, creating a space for meeting, understanding and interaction. Through the screening and discussion that will follow, the presence, identity and strength of the deaf community in Cyprus will be highlighted.
The organizers invite the public to participate in this experience, which aims to enhance empathy and equal communication for all. The event program is as follows:

– 21:00 Discussion and closing of the event
