Vacancy of Trainee / Director in "Zorpas" Bakeries

TRAINER / DIRECTOR / DTRIA

Duties:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of all sections of the store: Bakery, Kitchen, Confectionery & Coffee Berry
• Guidance and supervision of existing staff and training of new staff
• Management of human resources issues (eg recruitment, licenses, evaluations - performance, training, etc.)
• Resolve complaints / problems of staff and customers
• Inventory recording, order preparation and receipt control
• Carrying out audits and ensuring compliance with the Company's safety and health standards
• Achieve monthly budget goals of the store

We are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Degree in Business Administration or other related field
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Computers
• Familiarity with Performance Measurement Indicators (KPIs)
• Ability to solve problems immediately
• Team Spirit
• Customer service orientation
