Caretaker/three Construction Site
Qualifications:
- Necessary qualification previous experience beyond 3 years (at least 2 years in Cyprus).
Job description:
- Study and understanding of all the plans and requirements of the project
- Monitoring the project schedule and identifying critical tasks
- To organize and perform all the tasks indicated by the Engineer
- To use correctly and effectively the world and the machines provided to it
- To monitor the consumption of materials
- To be able to calculate the materials that will be needed to proceed with the order, always after consultation with his / her Engineer.
- To assist in the effective implementation of Safety and Health of the construction site
- Supervision of the world under his / her supervision, organization of works and monitoring of production of techniques
- To install altitudes with the Level after consultation with the engineer
- To complete the project diary, regarding the workforce and the machines under his / her supervision as well as the job they are working on.
- Confirm that the workforce under his / her supervision will have in his / her possession all the necessary tools / machines that may be needed the next day as well as the means of personal protection.
- Effective consultation and coordination with potential Subcontractors.
- Agree with his / her Engineer before starting any work on the methodology to be followed but also on the safety measures to be taken.
- Maintains good working relationships with the Customer / Engineer and his / her staff
- Generally, any other tasks have been assigned by the construction manager / project manager.
- Effective work under stress conditions
