The restaurant "Fig Tree Bay Antonis Zeukas" in Protaras is looking to hire 2 A' chefs.
One position concerns the hot kitchen and the other the roaster position for the grill.
Qualifications required
– Graduate of a tourism school or university (will be considered an additional qualification)
– At least 2 years of experience in similar positions
– Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (an additional foreign language will be considered an additional advantage)
– Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
– Ability to manage complaints and problems
Duties
– Control and guidance of the food preparation process
– Menu configuration
– Order scheduling
– Compliance with nutritional regulations, hygiene rules and safety standards
