7 ideas to transform the children's room in the best way smartly and economically

Take, for example, colors - blue is known to be one of the best colors for a good night's sleep, so it is suitable for children's bedrooms, while purple improves attention, thus working better for the study space. Now all you have to do is try to use these 2 colors in a room and make them aesthetically pleasing and appropriate.

We believe that the best children's rooms combine the imagination of a child with the practicality of an adult, so we gathered some tips to harmonize these 2 things.

1. Focus on the game.

To create a room that your kids will love forever, you need to focus on one thing they love to do most: play! Make a climbing wall or slide on the bunk. Unroll a toy rug and enjoy an indoor swing. A net hanging from the ceiling is also great entertainment while helping to channel extra energy before bed.

2. Enlarge storage.

Children are by nature maniac collectors and need a place to hold all their belongings, so storage is paramount in the design of their room. Open shelves allow you to hide toys and clutter in boxes while displaying their favorite items and books. The latter will also encourage your children to read. What else can you do:

  • Limit the amount of furniture to save floor space.
  • Add vertical storage, such as hooks and wall bookcases.
  • Take advantage of the built-in storage space on windowsills, recesses, etc.
  • Use space under the bed - you can choose a raised bed to have even more space.

3. Incorporate nature.

Try to incorporate green into the decor. Plants provide much needed oxygen and are scientifically proven to improve our mood, reduce stress and increase concentration. Make sure the indoor plants of your choice are non-toxic and keep them away from your children by placing them on high shelves or hanging pots. Encourage your child to help you care for the plants too!

4. Create a changeable art gallery.

Encourage your children's creativity with an easily changing art gallery where you can display their creations. You can turn cabinets into frames by placing works of art on them. Or visit the second-hand shop to get old picture frames, add a cable to the back and put them on the wall.Alternatively, you can add a blackboard wall and leave the rest to your little Picasso. The wall will be a place where the child can express the contents of his heart without sacrificing the exact wallpaper that you have chosen meticulously. Over the years, when they no longer use the blackboard, the wall can simply be painted.

5. Be smart with the lighting.

First, make sure your child's room is dark enough to make it easier for them to sleep. Prefer blackout blinds. A night light is very reassuring in the dark, but it should be placed low on the floor so that it does not shine at eye level. Use a warm orange light to read bedtime stories. You can also add a little magic with fairy lights to create a fun atmosphere when hanging out with friends.

6. Make a quiet corner.

A relaxation corner is intended to be a safe place where the child can get away from everything, spend quality time alone and process and release all his strong emotions.

7. Involve your child's interests in a way that can be easily changed.

Children grow up fast and it is best to have a room that can accommodate them. Do not make it too childish, as children will soon grow up. Yes, a pink miracle unicorn may be acceptable now, but it probably won't be in a year or two. So choose more neutral colors and patterns for the basics and let your child add their own interests and personality. through accessories that you can easily change when his taste changes.
