Salts in the iron: Do it again like new, one simple move

The iron after enough use it fills up salts, resulting in reduced performance and even soiling our clothes.

There are some instructions, which we can follow, in order for the iron to be "clean" and to last longer. Initially, it is advisable to remove the excess water from the container, as the salts that accumulate, over time, cause irreparable damage.

However to get rid of salts, we can make a mixture consisting of half the amount of water and half the amount of white vinegar and pour it into the device.

Next, turn on the steam button at the end and hold the appliance above the sink to drip the salts. After letting the iron cool, repeat the same process, filling it this time only with water.
