The Cyprus Youth Organization organizes a series of seminars to strengthen the entrepreneurship of young people at the Famagusta Youth Information Center in Sotira, on 22, 24, 27 and 31/7/2019.
This four-day training seminar is aimed at young people aged 18-29 who are out of education, training and work and aims to help them develop basic knowledge and skills related to the development of their own business.
After completing this four-day seminar, participants will have their own entrepreneur-mentor, who will help them start their own business.
Participation in the program is completely FREE and participants will be given a certificate of participation.

About the Youth Business Development Program:
The Cyprus Youth Organization, in the context of its mission to support and empower young people, took the initiative to launch a Youth Entrepreneurship Development Program under the National Action Plan for Youth Employment. The mission of this new program will be to support unemployed young people aged 15 to 29 who want to take a business initiative and at the same time to promote the business culture.
This new support mechanism will provide young people with limited knowledge and networks with the opportunity to discover their entrepreneurial potential, develop sustainable businesses and create decent working conditions for themselves and other peers. More specifically, the Youth Business Development Program will:
• Provides education and training for the development of business skills, such as creating a business plan, project management / management, sales and communication techniques, business start-up procedures, etc.
• Provides guidance through the development of a network of consultants and mentors,
• Provides support and information through a specialized electronic platform.
The Program will be implemented in cycles in all the provinces of Cyprus. Each cycle of seminars will last a total of 28 hours and after their completion, each participant will receive individualized counseling from experienced business mentors.
