Resurrection is a moveable feast and is calculated based on the Full moon. Specifically, it is determined as the Sunday after the first Full Moon that comes out after the spring equinox. So depending on the date on which the Easter, is also determined by that of St. George.
Thus, if April 23rd falls within Lent, then the feast is transferred to the day after Easter. In particular, when April 23rd falls before Easter, that is, before or on the same day as Easter Sunday, then the feast of Saint George is automatically transferred to the Second Day of Easter.
