A former Paralimni football player was arrested for illegal weapons possession

Simon Vuksevic, who has also passed through Cyprus wearing the jersey of Paralimni, was arrested by the Serbian authorities for illegal possession of weapons while he had 126 bullets on him.

In the Record's report, it is emphasized that the 37-year-old Vuksevic wanted to leave for Montenegro and can now be detained by the authorities for 30 days.

Vuksevic has in his career 311 appearances with 44 goals and 35 assists, while he played 15 times for the Union team, scoring 1 goal in the 2015-16 season.

With the national team of Montenegro, he has 45 appearances, while he has played for Partizan, Sporting Lisbon, Blackburn and Levadeako.
