The Association "Eleftheri Acheritou" in the context of its efforts to bring in contact with the villagers who are scattered throughout Cyprus and abroad, organizes a reunion dance party of the displaced Acheriotos on Sunday, January 5 at 7:00 p.m.
As stated in a statement, "It will be a good opportunity for us all to meet together after so many years of refuge and alienation imposed on us by the Turkish invasion and occupation of our beloved village. Dear fellow villagers, it is the duty of all of us to keep alive the memory of Acheritos, as we left it in August 1974. Events like this, give the opportunity to see again relatives, forgotten villagers and friends we lost all these years of exile and to meet the new generation with its acheriot roots. ”
The musical group "Aristos Moschovakis" participates in the dance party. Singers are Alexandros Alexandrou and Christiana Stani. Guest Star o Beke Municipality. Bouzouki and violin: Matthew Charalambous. The dance group "The Cultural Club of Vrysoulon-Acheritou" participates non-profit.
