In 1986 Vangelis Papathanassiou meets Irini Papa, in a masterpiece album entitled "Rhapsodies".

In this album, Irini Papa is riveting and shocking, reciting and chanting Christian hymns such as "Oh! My Sweet Air "," I See Your Nymph "," Song of Songs "," I Fight the General "," Christ is Risen ".

The album, recorded at Nemo Studios in London, includes two unique compositions by Vangelis Papathanassiou himself.
