It was 9.30 in the morning, when at the 6th kilometer of Farsala - Mikrothivon (outside Farsala) the car driven by the young actor (he was 27 years old at the time) Ioannis Michalakos due to slipperiness and without having developed excessive speed , overturned and crashed into an OTE pole.
In addition to the driver, Dionysis Papagiannopoulos, Haris Loukea, Popi Lazou and Mina Politou were in the vehicle. The five of them were heading from Farsala to Chalkida, where last night, Papagiannopoulos' troupe staged the play "Magoufis" with great success.

He was only 42 years old when actress lost her life instantly and tragically in a car accident. Harris Lukea was married, leaving behind a small child.
