Artificial intelligence shows us what we will look like in 1.000 years

The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has a lot of people worried lately, but there's no denying that it provides many exciting possibilities.

Although artificial intelligence recently tricked Katy Perry's mom into thinking she was at the Met Gala when she wasn't, the rise of technology provides an opportunity to break into new territory that we haven't been able to before.

The AI program Midjourney was asked to make some images of what it estimates we will look like in 1.000 years. And unfortunately, the results are pretty scary.

First, it seems that the… fashion of the future dictates covering our faces with a web of buzzing wires and motors. Essentially artificial intelligence has decided that our human aspect has become subservient to technology.

This has some pretty disturbing implications for our relationship with her during this millennium, since the terrifying image seems to show her wrapping her tentacles around us for good.

This is how people are estimated to look like in 1.000 years

Man from the year 3.000 seems to have sacrificed his facial skin to make room for all this futuristic technology.

In fact, in a second image, the AI sticks to its ominous prediction, presenting a face again covered in wires, but this time the skin has remained.

Among the results is a small portion of normal faces and then there are the Morlocks you see in the middle two images in the bottom row.

Although in 1.000 years none of us will be alive, let's hope that the future will not be as dark as the faces of these people.
