Shortly after the presentation of the 12 candidate songs, Elena Paparizou took to the stage of the Greek final of Eurovision 2025 and turned the television audience back, performing again the songs “Die For You” and “Number One”. In the past, Elena Paparizou had represented Greece with these songs in the popular song contest, in 2001 and 2005 respectively.
After the artists presented their songs and while the public vote was underway, the singer appeared on stage in a white dress and began with a cover of the popular song "Die For You", which she had performed as a member of Antique, when they participated in Eurovision in 2001, to the applause of the audience.

During her performance, the rhythm suddenly changed and Elena Paparizou continued singing the famous "My Number One", which brought her to number one in Greece 20 years ago.
The Eurovision audience was thrilled with her performances and praised her on Twitter. “Elena is more beautiful than ever,” one wrote, with others agreeing, saying she “has the air of a star.” “Elena theaara,” wrote Eurofans, with others describing her as “the absolute one.”
