Eurovision fans have begun counting down the days for the final of the music contest on May 17 in Basel, Switzerland.
After the completion of the first semi-final on Tuesday evening, May 13, and the elimination of Cyprus, the second semi-final and the Greek participation with Claudia will take place tonight at 22:00, in Greece's attempt to qualify for Saturday's grand final.
Greece appears in 7th place in the Second Semi-Final (May 15), with Klavdia and the song "Asteromata", a composition by Arcade and Klavdia and lyrics by Arcade. The creative director of the Greek entry is Fokas Evangelinos.
"Asteromata" will be presented in Basel, with the setting enhancing the narrative of the song that focuses on separation: Separation with whatever meaning it has for each person, on their personal path that leads to the Light.
The creative team of the stage appearance is composed of: Christos Maganas (video artist), Deux Hommes (fashion designer), Yannis Mourikis (set designer), George Tellos (light designer).
It should be noted that 16 countries will participate in the second semi-final. Of these, the 10 with the highest scores will qualify for the grand final.
Claudia with the song "Asteromata" will appear in 7th place in the competition.

2025 countries are participating in Eurovision 37, of which six participate directly in the Grand Final, the so-called "Big Five" (France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy), as well as the host country Switzerland. In the First Semi-Final, Spain, Italy and Switzerland appear and vote, while in the Second Semi-Final, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
The songs that will qualify from each Semi-Final are determined solely by the public vote. The public in Greece, for the first time this year, will also be able to vote online via www.esc.vote, as well as by phone call and SMS.
