Cohen claims that Westwick raped her three years ago, when she first met him in his apartment where she had visited him with her then partner.

Cohen asked her partner, who was a producer and friend of Westwick, to leave, but he told her they would stay for another 20 minutes to avoid misunderstandings. "I woke up abruptly to Ed, who was on top of me, with his fingers inserted into my body," Cohen describes. "I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought as hard as I could but he grabbed my face with his hands, shaking me and telling me he wanted to fuck me. I was paralyzed, I was terrified. I could not speak, I could not move anymore. "He immobilized me and raped me," Cohen wrote.
When she later told her fellow producer what had happened, he "blamed me for telling me I was actively involved," Cohen wrote.
