Ioanna Paliospyrou sat on the sofa of the show "Studio 4" on the afternoon of Maundy Thursday (2/5), who also mentioned the attack with vitriol, which she received four years ago and which radically changed her life. Since then, Ioanna Paliospyrou has been on a long course of treatment and rehabilitation.

Ioanna Paliospyrou said among other things: "I like to take care of myself. I don't do it for others, it makes me happy. As much empathy as I had before the incident, I didn't know how to channel it. Now that has changed. When something very difficult happens to people, in order to endure, they have to remove things from their lives that "eat" their energy. We don't know the power we hide inside.

When you get to zero, maybe even below zero, you can't afford to let anger get the best of you. This will only hurt you and hold you back. Maybe in the future, when I feel like I'm back on my feet and feeling safe about my health, I'm afraid that this feeling will come out of me. I don't know if it's considered healthy that I haven't been down that path.

Even in court I had told myself and my family that I don't want voices, I don't want bad situations. I wanted to tell the judges what I've been through and leave. I was very focused. In moments of great pain there I have obviously gotten angry, cursed and shouted.

It is known that I have no ear, the fin is charred, and I have looked abroad for a solution, to put in an additional limb. Here in Greece, they have the know-how in such matters, but not the experience."
