There are many secrets in the kitchen. Other small and other large. Some known and some unknown. But they are all useful and most of them are clever tricks that facilitate your daily life in the kitchen.
One of them has to do with lemon. It happens to everyone that you want to use a few drops of lemon and cut it in half. And then put it in the fridge. But by the time you use it again, it has dried.
So there is a small trick with which you can use a few drops without having to cut the lemon. How is this done?
Pierce the fruit with a metal straw and press at this point to drip the drops. Then put the lemon in the fridge and you can use it whenever you want, without drying it.
