Ioanna Touni was faced with a new incident on the evening of Monday, October 14, while she and her son Paris were traveling by air from Athens to Thessaloniki.
As the instrammer explained in detail in her stories, tension was created in the waiting area of the "Eleftherios Venizelos" airport, because her son was restless and making a fuss. This resulted in a passenger making a complaint to an airport employee, with her passing it on to Ioanna Tunis. Although the employee tried to help her, the Instagrammer argued that her son is a baby and can't do anything when he's in a bad mood.
Specifically, he wrote in the stories:
"And while you're waiting for my flight, I was waiting in the lounge with Paris (who admittedly wasn't having a good day and was grumpy). So a flight attendant comes and says if she can help me with the baby somehow… to stop her whining… I explain to her that I've tried everything and she's just a baby and she wants to whine right now for no particular reason…
And he tells me that "another passenger just complained to me to stop the baby because it is bothering him". What's a mother to do with a 22-month-old baby who whines in public? Shut it up???? Are you doing well at all?
Ok I understand it's not pleasant when a baby cries... But I find it unacceptable to go to the mom - who is obviously already doing everything to stop her baby from crying - and ask her to do something immediately to stop it, because it bothers you!
Moms, be strong and brave and put every troublemaker on the bench... Under no circumstances should you shut yourself up and feel guilty because some maladjusted person demands that your baby stop crying!”
