Writers and poets have written about them, they have sung thousands of songs, loves have been born under their aura. Sunrises and sunsets are particularly beloved natural phenomena and add moments of beauty to our daily lives. Too often, however, in the flow of everyday life we forget to look at the sky and spend time in nature, which is known to benefit health, both physical and mental.
However, admiring the sunrise and sunset is very important when we are in the city and for long hours locked in offices. In particular, for the 80% of people in the US who live in urban areas, a dose of rejuvenation in nature usually involves travel. This, however, is not a rule.
Even now that the day has shortened, allow yourself to steal some of the atmospheric aura of sunrise or sunset. The colors are very intense and the clouds impressive. This is because higher clouds that reflect sunlight tend to be present with clearer conditions when a storm is about to start or move away.
