Many of the items and personal items we have in our home need replacement from time to time but we usually neglect to do it at the right time. Changing personal items such as pillows is essential to good hygiene and should be done more regularly than we might think.
So when it comes to the pillow we sleep on, there are many who not only keep it for years, but do not wash it often. Experts, however, say that pillows made from non-washable materials, as shown on the labels, have an expiration date and must be replaced every year.
