Konnos Beach is among the 25 Best Beaches in Europe for 2025 according to the list of the popular travel guide TripAdvisor.
Specifically, Konnos Beach has been declared the 19th Best Beach in Europe in the framework of the annual Travelers' Choice awards of the international travel guide.
It is noted that Konnos beach is administratively included, approximately 80% of its area, in the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia and approximately 20% in the Municipality of Ayia Napa.
The Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia points out that it is making every effort to, in addition to the 18 Blue Flags it holds for its beaches, which are the most for a Municipality in Cyprus, constantly upgrade the services it provides on its beaches, providing facilities for bathers, increasing safety and accessibility to all beaches.
