The 26-year-old was driving too fast on Famagusta Avenue in Deryneia

At a speed of 111 kilometers instead of 50, which is the allowed limit, a 26-year-old woman was found driving her car, on a road in the province of Famagusta, at dawn today, as a result of which she was reported by members of the Police.

Specifically, around 1.50 in the morning, during traffic checks, members of the Famagusta Traffic Police spotted the 26-year-old driving her car on Makariou Avenue, in Deryneia, at a speed of 111 kilometers instead of 50 and stopped her for a traffic control. At the same time, it was found that the 26-year-old driver did not wear a seat belt, while after the traffic control it became clear that she was driving her vehicle without a license, which had expired on July 1, 2018.

The members of the Police proceeded to a complaint of the driver, to be summoned before a Court for trial of the said traffic violations which he allegedly committed.

The Famagusta Traffic Police continues the examinations.
