The Ministry of Health and OKYPY responded immediately to the call of the Scientific Director of Famagusta General Hospital Amalia Hatzigiannis, for more staffing.
As Ms. Hatzigianni told KYPE, "after the call for more staffing of the Famagusta Hospital, which operates as a Reference Hospital for patients with coronavirus, there was an immediate response from both the General Director of the Ministry of Health and the OKYPY."
At the same time, he characterized as "positive the response of the General Director of the Ministry of Health and the Directorate of OKYPY" and noted that assurances were given that "the Famagusta Hospital, depending on its needs, will be strengthened daily with more staff".
"Depending on the daily needs of the Reference Hospital, both the Ministry of Health and the OKYPY respond immediately," he concluded.
