A lecture entitled "Artificial Intelligence in Tourism: Digital Transformation, Modern Applications and Development Prospects" will take place on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 18:30 PM at the ATLANTICA AENEAS Hotel in Ayia Napa.
The lecture aims to highlight how the use of these tools can drastically reduce operational costs and increase the attractiveness of the tourism product, taking into account the challenges of authenticity and intellectual property rights. Through practical examples, it will be analyzed how tourism businesses can leverage “creative intelligence” to remain competitive in an ever-changing international environment, ensuring a sustainable path into the future.
The speaker of the lecture will be Dr. Hristo Andreev, Postdoctoral researcher at the "Heraclitus" Research Center of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT).
The lecture will be held free of charge and will last one hour. Upon completion, a reception will follow, offering the opportunity for further discussion on the topic of the lecture as well as introductions and networking.
All participants will be given a certificate of attendance.
