Disturbance was caused after a fight between a large number of people last night in Xylofagou.
According to information, the authorities were informed around 9:40 p.m. of a fight on a street in the area and members of the force were immediately mobilized. They rushed to the scene, but no one was located.
Information indicates that around 20 people appeared to be involved in the fight.
A vehicle was located and seized at the scene. Evidence was seized, including knives and other offensive instruments.
Authorities are looking for witnesses and are waiting to examine CCTV footage from the area.
