The first Turkish "consul" in Famagusta, Ambassador Kasim Kampan, met this afternoon in his office with "Prime Minister" Ersin Tatar, saying that the opening of the "consulate" is important for both the (Turkish) population of the region and the students from Turkey in the "university" near the East.
