The Mayor of Paralimni - Deryneia, Mr. George Nikolettos, attended a farewell event in honor of the former Political Commander of the British Bases of Dhekelia, Mr. George Kiteou, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
In his greeting, Mr. Nikolettos thanked Mr. Kiteos for the close cooperation with the Municipality of Paralimni - Deryneia to date and wished him success in his new duties in Akrotiri, presenting him with a souvenir from the Municipality.
The event was attended by the Municipality, among others, the Deputy Mayors of Deryneia and Acherito.
