The Deputy Mayor of the Municipal District of Avgorou, Mr. Panagis Michaelas, delivered today, Tuesday, December 9, support vouchers to needy families in the community. The delivery took place at the Ecclesiastical Committee of the Holy Church of the Apostles Peter and Paul, which will undertake the distribution of the vouchers to the beneficiaries.
Mr. Michaelas expressed the Local Authority's full support for vulnerable households and stressed the importance of collaborating with the Church to support those in real need, especially during this difficult period.
He assured that the Municipal District of Avgorou will remain by its citizens' side, strengthening actions of social solidarity and contribution.
