At the age of 96, Mr. Andreas Passi from Avgorou, an expatriate in Great Britain since 1956, is now the oldest Cypriot to defeat the invisible enemy. He described his experience with emotion, speaking exclusively to Famagusta.News, after being discharged after being hospitalized for six days.
At the same time, he does not fail to express his gratitude to the Medical and Nursing staff of the Hospital in which he was treated in London.
Mr. Andreas, speaking to Famagusta.News, also sent his own message to encourage our compatriots in Cyprus and abroad.
In fact, proving his gratitude to the country's public health system, he did not fail to contribute after his discharge by making his own donation to the NHS, wanting to support the superhuman efforts of the people of Britain's front line.
