In an atmosphere of religious fervor and with feelings of Resurrection joy, we celebrated the inauguration of the Multipurpose Hall in the new Avgorou Cemetery, which is dedicated to Saint Lazarus.
The head of the Avgorou community, Panagis Michaelas, wrote in a post that "in the presence of a group of priests, select friends and many fellow villagers, we honored people who work non-stop for the progress and well-being of our community".
At the event, the children of the Catechetical Synagogues of the Apostles Peter and Paul sang hymns.
