As part of the three-day celebrations of the 2025 Flood, which will take place from June 7 to 9 in the picturesque Little Harbour of Ayia Napa, the Municipality of Ayia Napa is organizing the Fish Festival for the tenth consecutive year.

The public will have the opportunity to watch live, from 19:00 to 21:30, the grilling of fresh fish, enjoy tastings and admire traditional fishing crafts and demonstrations, from 19:00 to 23:00.

The Fish Festival is a revival of the traditional dance evening that was organized every August by the older generations of Ayia Napa, in the courtyard of the harbor. This institution has evolved into a vibrant cultural event, which combines traditional gastronomy with entertainment, while highlighting the customs and traditions of the local community.

Through this celebration, the fishermen of the area expressed their gratitude to the residents and visitors for their long-standing support.

The event is being implemented within the framework of the "Marine, Fisheries and Aquaculture 2021-2027" Program, with co-financing from the European Union.
