Dozens of volunteer blood donors honored the memory of Martinos, Ireneos and Nikolas by donating blood at the 46th Voluntary Blood Donation of the Municipality of Agia Napa, which was crowned with great success.
The response of the volunteers to the Municipality's call to donate blood during the 46th voluntary blood drive, which took place on the evening of Tuesday 26 November and was dedicated to the memory of the young victims of the triple fatal accident in Frenaros, Martinou, Irenaios and Nikola.
Present at the blood donation were the vice-mayors of the Municipal Departments of Agia Napa and Frenarou, Mr. Antonis Christou and Mr. Kostas Michael, who expressed their heartfelt thanks to all the volunteer blood donors who rushed to give this supreme good for their suffering fellow man, in memory of the three dead young men, characterizing this act of theirs popular and as the best memorial service for children, since with a bottle of blood they can save a human life. They expressed warm thanks to all the volunteers - employees of the Municipality for the commendable efforts they made which resulted in another blood donation of the Municipality being crowned with great success.
His uncle Nikolas Koutsou, Mr., was present at the blood donation. Giorgos Koutsou, who donated his own blood, while expressing his warm thanks on behalf of the three families in the Municipality of Agia Napa and especially to the Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettou for his decision to hold the 46th blood donation in memory of the three deceased young men Martinos, Ireneos and Nikolas, to all the volunteer blood donors and to the staff of the Municipality of Agia Napa both for their contribution of blood to the Famagusta Blood Center and for successful outcome of blood donation.
