On the occasion of Universal Children's Day, which is celebrated every year on June 1, the Municipality of Ayia Napa is organizing on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 18:00, at "Georgos Seferis" Square (Central Square of Ayia Napa), the 32nd Children's Festival and the 18th Summer Children's Festival of Ayia Napa.
This year's festival, inspired by the theme of travel and exploration, invites children to symbolically embark on a unique "journey" full of play, creativity, imagination and joy. Through interactive activities, art workshops, music, dance and entertainment activities, young visitors will have the opportunity to live a unique experience dedicated entirely to the world of the child.
The institution of the Children's Festival, which has been a point of reference for the local community for decades, confirms the long-standing commitment of the Municipality of Ayia Napa to supporting children, enhancing their creative expression and offering quality entertainment and cultural activities for the whole family.
Cultural institutions, organized groups, schools and organizations from the wider region participate and collaborate in the organization, contributing to the creation of a multi-disciplinary program focused on the child and his or her needs.
The Municipality of Ayia Napa invites young and old to attend this great celebration, celebrating Universal Children's Day together in a climate of joy, creativity and optimism.
