New international recognition of Nissi Beach from the Daily Mirror, one of the largest media outlets in the United Kingdom.
In a post, the Mayor of Ayia Napa stated that "this promotion is yet another confirmation of the unique natural beauty of Ayia Napa, the high standards that characterize our beaches and the collective effort that is made daily to maintain and upgrade our tourism product."
According to the Mayor, international recognition is not only a source of pride, but also an incentive to continue our work with even greater dedication. As a Municipality, we remain committed to the continuous improvement of services, the protection of our natural environment and the strengthening of Ayia Napa's position as one of the leading seaside destinations in Europe and the Mediterranean.
