Today, Friday, February 07, 2025, at the Agrotospitos from 10:00-13:00, Mrs. Loukia Savva will show the public how traditional halloumi and trahanas are prepared. Afterwards, attendees will have the opportunity to try the popular Cypriot dish and eat trahanas soup.
