On the occasion of the release of the book "The Law of Rental in Cyprus", the authors Tonis Kyriakides, Chariklia Theodoulou, Charilaos Velaris, Stella Damianou, Euripides Hatzinestoros and Anastasios Anastasios, in collaboration with the Larnaca Bar Association and the Famagusta Bar Association, are organizing a presentation event on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 19:00 PM, at the Ayia Napa Cultural Center "George Seferis" (Central Square "Seferis", next to the Medieval Monastery).
The event is under the auspices of the Municipality of Ayia Napa and greetings will be delivered by the Mayor of Ayia Napa, Mr. Christos Zannetou, the President of the Famagusta Bar Association, Mr. Christos Karas, and the President of the Famagusta Larnaca Bar Association, Mr. Dimitris Kallenos.
The evening's keynote speaker will be Mr. Michalis Kyriakides, Partner at the law firm Harris Kyriakides LLC.
The book, published by Hippasus Publications, focuses on the legal framework of rental in Cyprus, with the Rental Law of 1983 as its central axis. It is a useful handbook for both law students and any citizen interested in the specific topic.
