At a ceremony held today, Monday, June 15, 2026, at Ayia Napa Town Hall, the Municipal Secretary of the Municipality, Mr. Fotos Kikillos, honored them on behalf of the Mayor, Mr. Christos Zannetou, with a commemorative plaque and the emblem of "Tourism Ambassador".
Awarding them the Municipality's highest distinction, Mr. Fotos Kikillos expressed his warm thanks for their numerous visits and for the special preference they show towards Ayia Napa, while pointing out that the Municipality no longer considers them visitors, but residents of Ayia Napa.
