The Municipality of Ayia Napa invites young and old to the event entitled "Bright with clarinet & violins in the courtyard of the Virgin Mary", a unique Easter celebration full of traditional music, songs, games and tasty surprises, which will be held in the courtyard of the Church of the Virgin Mary of Ayia Napa on Easter Monday, from 17:00 until late at night.
The event promises an authentic Greek feast with traditional songs from all over Greece, from the Musical Group “Oi Las” and the Cultural Association “Anadysi”. Participating artists are Moses Markou (clarinet), Athena Kallenou (singing), Lucas Georgiou Kremmastos (Violin), Nikos Zymaras (Violin), Antonis Koryzis (Lautu & Singing), Alexandros Charalambous (oud), Savvas Avraam (percussion), Lucas Zymaras (Lautu & Singing).
The program also includes Traditional Easter Games, a Children's Easter Corner such as Easter Handmade Creations, Easter Cookies, an Easter Painting Competition, Balloon Making, Inflatable Igloos, Photo Booth and souvlaki grilling by the Ayia Napa Athletic Club (AOAN).
