With the experiential workshop on "Stress Management - Practical Techniques for Everyday Life", which is organized on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 18:30, at the Achna Forest Primary School "Fotis Pittas" and on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 18:30, at the Cultural Center of the Ayia Napa Municipal District "Georgos Seferis", the experiential workshops for the month of January continue for the second consecutive week, within the framework of the Ayia Napa Open School's program "Open Lifelong Learning".
The workshop is practical and experiential and focuses on understanding stress, as well as applying effective stress management techniques in everyday life. Through guided exercises, discussion, and practical tools, participants will learn to recognize the signs of stress and implement strategies that promote calm, balance, and overall mental well-being.
The workshop is aimed at anyone interested in strengthening their stress management skills and improving the quality of their daily lives.
