Preparations are in full swing for the three-day events of the Flood - Fish Festival - Water Festival, which will take place on May 30-31 and June 1, 2026, in Agios Georgios Square, in the picturesque harbor of Ayia Napa.
The Municipality of Ayia Napa has ensured that this year's Kataklysmos will once again offer thousands of visitors from Cyprus and abroad, who are expected to flood the event venue, unique moments of culture, entertainment and authentic Cypriot hospitality, through a special three-day celebration by the sea.
This year's program highlights include major concerts with the explosive Greek singer Paola on Sunday, May 31, and the popular Cypriot performer Marianna Papamakariou on Saturday, May 30.
It also includes a unique journey into Cypriot tradition, with performances of Cypriot Traditional Dances by the Cultural Group "Giasoumeia" of Achna Forest, and the Folklore Group "Avkoritissa Foni", on Saturday 31/05.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy chirping, love song and folk poetry competitions on Monday, June 1, as well as fish grilling on all three evenings.
At the same time, they will be able to admire traditional fishing crafts and presentations of fishing gear, as well as participate in boat trips, during which the established diving of the Holy Cross in the sea waters of Ayia Napa will take place.
All roads lead to Ayia Napa for an unforgettable three-day holiday full of tradition, sea and music.
