The contracts for the landscaping works at the Synikos Park in the Liopetri Municipal District of the Municipality of Ayia Napa were signed by the Mayor of Ayia Napa, Christos Zannetou.
This is the first project in Liopetri after the implementation of the Local Government reform.
The contracts for the landscaping works of the Synikos Park in the Municipal District of Liopetri (opposite Modestos Pantelis Camp) were signed together with the Director/Owner of the contractor company "Marios Mastros Construction Ltd", Marios Mastros, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of the Municipal District of Liopetri of the Municipality of Ayia Napa, Markos Koumis, the Municipal Councilor Paraschos Vlachos and competent officials of the Municipality.
The agreement includes landscaping of the area, changing the games, repairing the fence, installing lighting, baskets, etc. The cost of the project amounts to 55.000,00 euros incl. VAT and is expected to be completed by mid-April.
"The goal, as stated by the Mayor of Ayia Napa, is to carry out small and large projects throughout the territory of our new Municipality, which will contribute to the progress, the development of all our Municipal Districts, but also to the improvement of the quality of life of all our residents and visitors."
