In the final phase for the operation of the marina is the emblematic project of the Ayia Napa Marina, with the construction projects of the main infrastructure buildings going towards completion. This is a milestone for this magnificent project that promotes the development and highlights the dynamics of Cypriot entrepreneurship and that with its completion will contribute substantially to the promotion of the high tourist profile of Cyprus.
The administration offices, the buildings that house government services (Port, Police, Customs, Medical Services, Veterinary Services), the maintenance facilities as well as the boat storage area have already been delivered, having received the required certifications from the Cyprus Electricity Authority. At the same time, the coastal works have been completed, with the most important of all the breakwater, which is the main defense mechanism for the protection of the marina, as well as its residential areas and commercial sections. The floating docks are also ready, after the assembly process has been completed, as well as the bridge leading to the mansions on the island (Island Villas), while the installation works of the boat service services are progressing intensively.
The construction of the road network continues on the west and the north side of the project, with the vast majority of them being in the phase of completion, with the only pending final asphalt paving.
The works in the multi-storey car park have been completed by 95%, with the installation works of the elevators and the aluminum constructions being in progress. At the same time, in the commercial zone of Marina (Commercial Village) the works continue with intensive rhythms and concern, among others, the completion of the electromechanical installations, the works of plasterboard installation and the external decorative stone. The works related to the event building of the Marina (Event Center) and the Yacht Club are at a similar stage. In the East Tower the works concerning the concreting of the ground floor continue and in the West Tower, the foundation works. The projects for the development and landscaping of the surrounding area are also at a fairly advanced stage.
