The Public Consultation, which took place in the Municipal District of Sotiras within the framework of the Festival of Ideas of Ayia Napa 2030, was crowned with success.
With the aim of citizens' participation in the processes and ideas related to the Festival of Ideas and with the ultimate goal of highlighting Ayia Napa, Sotiras and the surrounding area as a center of culture and innovation, the European Capital of Culture Ayia Napa 2030 Organization held the Thursday 07 November at the Social Benefits Center Sotira public consultation, which was crowned with success.
During the event, citizens of all ages and social groups were informed extensively by the President of the Organization, Mr. Yiannis Karousos and the Artistic Director, Ms. Tasoula Kallenou, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of the Municipal District of Sotiras, Mr. Antonis Koumis, about the "St. Napa 2030" and they were given the opportunity to express their opinions and proposals, strengthening Ayia Napa's vision for 2030.
As Mr. Karousos mentioned in his statements with the participation of the citizens, Ayia Napa 2030 seeks to ensure that the work and initiatives of the Organization reflect the needs and expectations of the local community, promoting a continuous and meaningful dialogue about its future area.
