With the concert of the great performer Eleni Tsaligopoulos on Sunday evening, September 29, the 40th Ayia Napa International Festival closed with a huge success.
The acclaimed artist Eleni Tsaligopoulou during her two-hour concert presented her great hits, as well as folk, rebetika and traditional songs, songs by great composers and creators, classics and newer ones as well as those that we loved with her voice in the first performance.
The concert was preceded by the spectacular dance performance of the "Passion Dance-Elena Tofa" School of Dance. "You must dance."
In his short greeting at the announcement of the 41st International Festival of Ayia Napa, the Mayor Mr. Christos Zannettou said that after 40 years "we are ready to declare as the new Municipality of Ayia Napa the start of the 41st Festival, which will take place on last weekend of September 2025".
He also assured that he will continue with the same zeal and determination to demonstrate his constant care in the cultural sector, which is why he added that the upgrading of cultural events in all the apartments of the Municipality of Ayia Napa is one of his priorities.
