The Sotiras Municipal Library of the Municipality of Ayia Napa is organizing on Saturday, March 14, 2026, the presentation of the book "Motherhood - The survival guide you haven't read" by author Maroula Kapnisi, which is published by Michalis Sideris Publications.
The event will take place from 17:00 to 18:00 at the Sotira Social Welfare Center (6 Ilia Tiliauni, 5390 Sotira), with the support of the Municipality of Ayia Napa.
The book is foreshadowed by Dr. Stella Zorpa and Diana Konstantinidis, who will refer to the modern experience of motherhood and the real challenges that women face today.

The book “Motherhood – The Survival Guide You Haven’t Read” is not perfect, just as motherhood itself is not perfect. But it is true. It is a guide that approaches motherhood with humor, tenderness and honesty, debunking the myth of the “perfect mom” and reminding us that what is important is not perfection, but presence. Every woman should know that she is not alone.
Through personal narratives and relatable everyday situations, the book gives voice to thoughts and feelings that many mothers experience, but rarely express. It is addressed both to mothers – who will identify, be moved and perhaps feel a little stronger – and to those who wish to understand more deeply the role and value of motherhood.
